Already when setting up a new company, fundamental corporate law matters arise, such as the choice of the appropriate legal form, applications to the commercial and transparency register, coordination of the process with authorities (e.g., BaFin) in case of a licensable business model. Dr Brand assists start-ups and FinTechs in this process and in developing customized solutions.
